Notice to SIEC Members:
Beginning May 1st all payments taken over the phone will no longer be processed by our in-house office employees. This decision was made solely for the protection of our members’ credit and debit card information. It is of utmost importance to us to protect our members’ personal information. To pay by credit card, debit card or electronic check you will need to call SIEC’s Cooperative Response Center, which is the same center that takes SIEC’s after-hours calls. If you prefer not to use the new payment method, please remember you can always sign up for Automatic Withdrawal from your checking or savings account or pay online through our E-Business Site called MySIECAccess.
To sign up for Automatic Withdrawal, click on the Billing tab and then Payment Options. Simply complete the Account Debit Authorization Form on the right-hand side of the page and click Submit. You have the option of selecting the 15th or the 20th of each month for your payment date. As an added bonus you will receive a $5 credit on your bill for signing up.
If you prefer to pay through our E-Business site (MySIECAccess), click on the green “Pay My Bill” box ( on the homepage) and login. If you are a first-time user of the site you will simply need to follow the instructions on the right-hand side of the screen to “Register Now”. Once you are logged in, click on the “Bills & Payment” tab then the “Online Bill Payment” box on the right-hand side of the screen.
We know this will be a change for our members who regularly call us each month to pay their bill by phone, however, we are committed to protecting our members’ information. The direct line to pay by phone at our Cooperative Response Center is 1-800-927-5341. You may be asked to enter the 10-digit phone number listed on your account. You will be given a list of menu options; select “2” for Billing which will connect you to a representative who will then take your payment. (Note: You will also need the last 4 digits of the social security number associated with your account.)
