High school seniors whose parents or guardians are members of SIEC with an active account are eligible to apply. One scholarship will be awarded in each of three areas determined by membership totals: Appanoose/Van Buren Counties, Davis County and Wapello County. The applicant must be accepted by an accredited two or four year college, university or vocational-technical school for fall of 2023, and must be a U.S. citizen. Seniors enrolling in Lineman School are automatically eligible to apply. To apply, pick up an application at SIEC's office, download one under the Community & Econ Dev tab, contact your high school guidance counselor, or call 800-607-2027 to request an application be mailed to you.
