According to our bylaws, Southern Iowa Electric Cooperative is required to have an Annual Meeting of members in order to conduct the business of the Cooperative. It is very important that you as a member/owner attend your Annual Meeting and take part in the business of the Cooperative. The Annual Meeting is held during the month of September, for the purpose of electing board members, reviewing the previous year’s operations and transacting any other business as may come before the meeting.
Our next Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, September 9th, 2021. Your Annual Meeting Notice will be mailed to you in August 2021.
