HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS whose parents or guardians are members of SIEC, with an active account, are eligible to apply. One scholarship will be awarded in each of three areas determined by membership totals: Appanoose/Van Buren Counties, Davis County and Wapello County. Applicants must be accepted by an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school for the fall of 2025, and must be a U.S. citizen. Seniors enrolling in Line Technician school are automatically eligible to apply.

Applications can be found on our website, www.sie.coop, under “Community & Econ Dev” then “Scholarships.” Students can also contact school guidance counselors, or call our office at 641-664-2277 or 800-607- 2027 to request an application.
